Accessorizing is the best way to pull your outfit together and add individual style to your look. Choosing the right accessories can make or break the fashionista rules! It’s a simple and relatively inexpensive way to add style to any look. The trick lies in not only in knowing your accessories but in choosing, pairing, and confidentially wearing them. Knowing your body is a great start to being able to choose the right accessories. For example, look for bright, chunky and multicolor accessories for parts of your body which you want to accentuate because the brighter the accessory the more attention it will get, along with the part of your body that’s wearing it. Areas of your body that you don’t want to accentuate, keep it simple with neutral and monotone accessories.
The next thing to consider is the actual outfit that you’re wearing. Is the outfit simple and understated or embellished and flaring? If you’re wearing a subtle outfit with neutral colors, accessorize with something colorful such as colored glass beads or chunky necklaces. I also recommend an oversized statement ring to add a pop of color to any of your amazing outfits.
And of course, nothing is more versatile than a light airy scarf to add texture to your outfit and complete your look. If you’re wearing an embellished and colorful ensemble, make sure your fashion accessories don't clash. Instead go for classic accessories such as pearl- or diamond-stud earrings, silk scarf, leather clutch and classic black pumps.
